  • This tool classifies, quantifies, and evaluates the impacts of an organisation’s day to day activities

  • This process yields novel performance metrics and enables organisations to develop, implement, and track strategies that deliver more sustainable activities

Components include:

  • Benchmarking – enabling organisations to compare impact performance against peers and sectoral profiles

  • Scenario Analysis – enabling organisations to understand the likelihood and proportion of their external costs and benefits that will manifest as new financial costs and revenues

  • This enables organisations to identify and address sustainability-based supply chain risks, such as embodied carbon, embodied water, child labour, or modern slavery, by commodity, by sector, by geography, and by supply chain tier

  • Results contribute to the fulfilment of third party sustainability reporting & standard requirements, (e.g. GRI, CDP, etc.)

  • This solution tracks and quantifies an organisation’s contribution to a host economy’s commitments to the UN Sustainable Development Goals agenda

  • This solution comprises three parts:

    1. The first involves distilling the host economy’s priority SDG Target-Indicators

    2. The second requires the construction of priority target-indictor attainment pathways

    3. The third involves situating an organisation’s impact performance on these national priority attainment pathways, to illuminate whether the organisation is helping or hindering the host economy with their UN SDG commitments

V2S – Investor Analytics

  • This tool evaluates and quantifies the impacts associated with the activities of constituents of an investible universe

  • From this universe, Responsible Investment strategies can be designed and portfolios constructed

  • For each constituent and portfolio an impact profile report is compiled and represented in interactive data visualisation dashboard form

Components include:

  • Augmented Credit Rating – introducing impact performance metrics to conventional credit rating models (e.g. Altman Z Score) to generate a more comprehensive understanding of a constituent’s creditworthiness

  • Index Impact Tilts – reconstructing conventional indices (e.g. FTSE 250) to favour (in terms of capital allocation) constituents with out-performance on discrete impact indicators (e.g. carbon) or aggregate impact metrics (e.g. Total Contribution)
